About Us

I offer Integrated Coaching—a unique blend of Executive Coaching and Psychotherapy. This transformational approach empowers SME leaders, owners, entrepreneurs and fellow coaches, to become more effective, impactful, overcome obstacles, and flourish both personally and professionally.

Professionally qualified, accredited, and with 24 years of experience (including 12 years in leadership), my therapeutic coaching approach combines the future-focused, results-driven aspects of coaching with the awareness building and healing components of Existential and Cognitive Behavioural Therapy. This powerful combination helps clients address stress, burnout, overthinking, or unhelpful mindsets, imposter syndrome, overwhelm, interpersonal or communication challenges, time management, and work-life harmony, and high performance.
