Our managing partners are local dentists who are deeply invested in the areas they serve, ensuring that our practices remain patient-centered and community-focused. Our CEO duo, Steve Dudgeon and Eli Burger, embody this commitment. Both Steve and Eli live on the Sunshine Coast and work directly out of our Caloundra practice, staying closely connected to our roots while guiding our expansion.
