Camp Huawni

Camp Huawni is a teen and kids summer camp in Texas offering one- and two-week overnight sessions for campers entering 1st through 11th grade. Located on 600+ acres in the Piney Woods of East Texas near Timpson, this traditional co-ed sleepaway camp has been family-owned since 1965 and is grounded in Christian values. With a private waterfront, 20+ outdoor activities, and a 3:1 camper-to-counselor ratio, Camp Huawni provides a technology-free camp experience focused on personal growth, meaningful relationships, and simple fun. Camp Huawni serves families from across Texas, Louisiana, and Oklahoma, and is about 3.5 hours from Dallas and 3 hours from Houston.
