At Cut and Dried Consulting, our roots in hospitality run deep– starting decades ago in a family-run wine and cheese shop in Cincinnati. Since then, Marco Piazza and his group have actually obtained over 50 years of hands-on experience across every area of restaurant procedures, from dishwashing to executive leadership.
