Dacotah Studio is a design build firm in Northeast Los Angeles and Pasadena providing architecture-level residential planning through a designer-led process. Our work is built for homeowners who want the entire residential design and planning process led from the very beginning through project completion. Design guides scope, decisions, and outcomes, which means planning before pricing and clarity before building. We lead complex, whole-home and multi-phase projects that require spatial planning, permitting coordination, and full-project oversight. We replace fragmented workflows with a single, accountable design process that takes projects from idea to plan to build.
