Devil’s Grin Gin created gin to be a game-changer. Born in Texas, our gin is distilled from 14 carefully chosen botanicals from six continents. The end result is something that breaks the mold with every sip. What sets us apart is our step maceration method. We let each botanical shine in its own time before distilling them together. This is all done at a slow pace, relying on taste rather than a timer. The outcome is a three-part flavor experience. First, you get a nod to classic London Dry gins – with juniper, cedar, and an earthy feel. Then it opens up to a bright, citrusy flavor with floral notes. It all wraps up with a smooth finish, featuring roasted spice and a hint of sweetness. We carefully adjust the proof over a month, using the Texas rainwater we’ve collected. All that hard work has paid off – Devil’s Grin has won some big awards, including America’s Greatest Gin in 2025 and a Double Gold medal.
