TherapyRetreat.org, a program of the non-profit Trauma Institute, provides intensive trauma-focused therapy to help individuals heal from trauma and loss, manage anxiety, depression, and anger, and improve relationships and work performance. The Trauma Institute also offers specialized training for mental health professionals in EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing), Progressive Counting (PC), and trauma therapy, with customizable programs for agencies and organizations. Led by Executive Director Dr. Ricky Greenwald, a leading expert in EMDR and the creator of PC, the institute is dedicated to advancing trauma-focused therapy through research and education.
